Dundee Christmas Lecture 2013 (Sold Out)
The Dundee Christmas Lecture this year will be given by journalist and broadcaster Kate Adie, former chief news correspondent for BBC News - most well known for reporting from war zones around the world. Currently, Kate presents From Our Own Correspondent on BBC Radio 4. The lecture will be entitled ‘An Evening with Kate Adie’ and will be chaired by our own Professor Sue Black, Deputy Principal for Public Engagement.

The Dundee Christmas Lecture partnership was established in 2007 to mark the 40th Anniversary of the University of Dundee, and its relationship with the City. The lecture will be followed by a civic reception and booksigning of her new book Fighting on the Home Front: The Legacy of Women in World War One in the Dalhousie Building Foyer.

Please note that overflow theatres will be in use. Seats in the Main Lecture Theatre are filled on a first come first seated basis.
